Alicia Shaddix has worked at MPS in one capacity or another since the age of 16. Starting with bankruptcy check posting, her training eventually involved accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial preparation. She holds a BA in Education and supports the customers in their searches to answer association board inquiries. Her goal is to find the best and fastest way to help customers fulfill association needs.
